We see what's coming next in war. Then we build the systems to solve for it.
FlyWell's leadership has done strategy for NATO, the Pentagon, and Congress. We run the workshops and wargames that help defense organizations, primes, and policymakers understand what they're actually facing — and turn that understanding into requirements, doctrine, and fielded capability.

Most defense organizations know something has fundamentally changed. Cheap mass, autonomy, and one-way attack systems have rewritten the cost curve on both sides of the fight. The hard part isn't sensing that shift — it's translating it into requirements, force design, and acquisition decisions that hold up under budget scrutiny and adversary pressure.
We built this practice because our company leadership spent years doing exactly that work — as strategists for NATO, inside the Pentagon, and on the Hill. FlyWell brings that same discipline to clients who need to move from strategic recognition to concrete capability in months, not years.
We are, uniquely, both the advisors and the builders. The strategy work informs the systems we field; the systems we field ground the strategy work in what is actually possible when managing threats and risks from external actors.
Four ways we work with clients.
Each engagement is scoped to the decision the client actually needs to make. We do not sell a fixed methodology — we bring the analytic and operational depth to the problem in front of us.
Executive workshops
Structured working sessions that translate national strategy, doctrine, and emerging threat pictures into concrete requirements for the organization in the room. Outputs: a shared threat model, a prioritized capability list, and a decision memo the principal can act on.
Wargames & tabletop exercises
Adversary-honest wargames built around the client's actual mission set — homeland air defense, littoral denial, coalition interoperability, industrial mobilization. Red, blue, and white cells. Findings feed directly into force-design and acquisition recommendations.
Requirements & strategy sprints
Rapid strategy work for programs that need to move: capability gaps, CONOPS drafting, acquisition strategy, coalition offset packages, and industrial base assessments. Deliverable is a written strategy plus the analytic backbone underneath it.

We have led strategy work for NATO, the Pentagon, and the U.S. Congress — including workshops and wargames used to shape requirements, force posture, and acquisition strategy for allied organizations.
That same team now designs and fields the systems on the product side of FlyWell. Advisory engagements benefit from direct access to operators, engineers, and the current battlefield lessons learned they carry back.

Initial conversations are off the record. If there's a fit, we'll scope an engagement against the decision you actually need to make.
