Three phases, from threat picture to sustained deployment.

Complex requirements — layered air defense, distributed ISR, sovereign resupply — do not survive shrink-wrapped procurement. FlyWell engages in three phases, each with a defined deliverable and exit criterion.

Phase 01

≈ 2 weeks

Needs assessment

Threat picture, mission constraints, and architecture fit — before a single line item is quoted.

Structured intake with your operational and technical leads to map the threat set, terrain, existing sensors and effectors, comms posture, and rules of engagement.

Gap analysis against FlyWell's layered architecture: which sensors, effectors, C2 elements, and sustainment posture actually close the gap versus what you already field.

Deliverable: a written architecture proposal with recommended system composition, integration touchpoints, training footprint, and a phased cost and timeline.

Phase 02

3 – 4 months

Production & operator training

Manufacturing in parallel with a cadre trained on the exact configuration you will receive.

Production kicks off against the approved configuration — airframes, effectors, sensors, C2, and spares — inside our sovereign supply chain.

Operator and maintainer training runs in parallel: classroom, simulator, and live-fly on representative systems, so your cadre is qualified before the first system ships.

Deliverable: a cleared, qualified operating team and a production lot ready to hand off to deployment.

Phase 03

Month 3 – 12, renewable

Deployment, integration & sustainment

Fielded, tied into your C2, and kept combat-ready under a rolling sustainment contract.

On-site deployment and integration into your existing sensor, comms, and command architecture — with FlyWell engineers forward for the initial operational period.

Sustainment covers spares, consumables, software updates, threat-driven configuration changes, and lessons-learned pushed back into the production line.

Renewable annually. Scope adjusts with the mission — additional systems, new effectors, expanded coverage, or transition to allied-manufactured resupply.

What this is not

A catalog order.

Air defense and integrated unmanned architectures do not fit inside a line-item quote. Every deployment is shaped by the threat set, terrain, existing C2, and sustainment posture of the customer. The three-phase model exists so both sides know — before production starts — exactly what is being built, who will operate it, and how it will be kept in the fight.
